Due to the high likelihood that textures formerly owned by this user have either been sold multiple times or stolen, we are prohibiting ANY textures formerly owned by Wounder from being sold. Users caught doing so will be punished.

To further clarify, this means any texture that has Wounder in the lineage whatsoever, NOT simply if he happens to be the immediate former owner.

This announcement will last until the end of the year, but this policy will provisionally remain.
