Use yor ASS as Guillotine for... Self Decap!
Lately was working on some self-destruction. Came up with this crazy move
Check it out:

hold all
raise shoulders
extend ankles
10 frames

contract ankles
10 frames

hold ankles
10 frames

lower shoulders
10 frames

extend glutes
grip hands
16 frames

contract pecs
3 frames

extend pecs
10 frames

contract pecs
raise shoulders
27 frames

extend hips
