Hey

I'm having a problem so strange with the multi player mode,
when i try to play in mode multi player at the afternoon for example at 16:00 PM or 20:00 PM or 22:00 PM at clock, the servers list just don't appear.
but.. when i try to play toribash at 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM at clock, this works good, the servers appear and every thing works good.

And my question is why this happens? and what can i do to fix this?

there is not a problem with the firewall and antivirusk because i refused them. and this is not a problem with the router neither, because i opened all the ports.
