this only seems to work on actual judo afk'ers for somr reason :S

Hold all

contract right pec
extend left pec
contract right elbow
left rotate chest and left bend lumbar
extend right hip
contract left knee

you should pull their head into your chest and snap it off. if you want you could follow it up with an overhead throw or someting
