I finally perfected the double leg takedown!
So anyway, the recipe for this move is:
Hold All (C)
Contract left hip
Space x3
Extend left hip
Raise both shoulders
Space x4
Contract left elbow
Grabby hand LEFT HAND ONLY
Space x2
Grabby hand right
Space x1
Extend right elbow
From here you can pin, or if wrestling is not your style, you can pound his face in, or do whatever really.
