Okay, heres how it works:

Demo settings

Dont hold all
contract knees

space x 10

hold all
extend knees
contract pecs
lower shoulders

space x 3

grabby hands
shoulders up

space x 5

contract hips
contract knees

space x 3

lower shoulders

space x 2(or until the head breaks)

extend knees
