some of your points are good.... some other not really.
The eye iris is supposed to curve like that since the eye is not flat i made that on purpose by alo watching the perspective... i think i will blurr out the iris a bit since edges are to sharp

for the rest i will see
i will work more on it when i have time--- but still wanna keep it pretty light with shading..... i dont wanna over do it
