Simple Head decap, and now rips both pecs off
This is one move what i made when i was trying to discover new moves/tactics.
Press c
Raise shoulders
Contract left pecs
Contract right pecs
Extend left glute
Extend right glute
Press space x1

Contract hips
Lower shoulders
