contract both hips
Raise boths shoulders
Contract both pecs
Sticky hands

Space x3


Lower both shoulders
contract boths knees
contract neck
contract abs || you can extend the abs here which will result in the arm coming off too.

Space x4

head rips off here

You can do anything you want after this, I usually fling the head.
