I'm not sure if this hasn't been taken yet, but I doubt it. I figured it out while messing around with multiplayer, so I'm not sure of how this works in multiplayer.
EDIT: Of course, the technique:
Distance: 100
Frames: I don't know; 500 should be more than enough
Leave your body relaxed
Set hands to grab
Contract pecs
Space x2
Press C
Raise shoulders
Extend hips
Extend ankles
Space as much as needed
