Mocucha, I have some tips for you:
-Always use your legs properly. Don't keep them stiff for seconds then extend them all of a sudden.
-Don't always extend both of your glutes. That makes you lose your flow, sometimes your momentum!
-Do not extend both of your hips when you throw in a punch to your partner. Always make sure that your body isn't too fast and isn't too slow. Tip #1, when you didn't use your legs properly, you didn't control them with a progressive speed.
