easy leg decap and head punch decap
I don't know if someone already put this up yet but here ya go!
space x 7
extend knees
raise shoulders
contract chests
change to grabby hands
space x 2 or three times
and ya got a handful of legs
If you want to take off the arms only space 6 times instead of 7
