Engage Distance = 700 (Or How I Learned to Jump)
I wanted to figure out how to jump forward. I've seen lots of backflips, but no forward flips. After hours of experimenting, I stumbled upon a variation that finally worked:

Hold All, extend neck, contract abs, Relax hips knees and ankles
SPACE x 2
Hold both knees
SPACE x 5
Contract neck, elbows & knees, extend abs, lower shoulders, (ankles and hips relaxed)
SPACE
Extend knees, raise shoulders, hold elbows, (hips and ankles still relaxed)...

That will get you into the jump. From there you can do some cool spins and flips or whatever.

I changed the settings to:
Match Frames = 500
Engage Distance = 700

In single player mode, 700 - 800 engage distance seemed to work well, though I was able get off a second jump that goes past the 1000 marker.

THE PROBLEM:
It takes almost 10 turns (at 10 frames) to do the jump.
I've tried to find a quicker way to jump, but I either jump backwards, straight up, or just belly-flop.

If you can figure out a better, quicker way to jump. Please post it here.

I know this goes against the Judo premise of Toribash but... variety is the spice of life, n'est pas?
