Press c
Raise Both shoulders
Contract Both hips
Skip 50 Frames (press Space 5 times)
Lower Both Shoulders
Skip 50 Frames (press Space 5 times)
Contract Both Pecs
Raise Both shoulders
Contract Both knees
Extend Both Hips
Skip 30 Frames (press Space 3 times)
Extend Both Knees
Skip 20 Frames (press Space 2 times)
Contract Both hips
Extend Both Ankles
Extend Abs
