Break an opponent into 4 pieces scissor kick (how to)
FIRST OF AAAALLLL...
Set Matchframes to 500, and turnframes to 10

-FRAME 0-
hit C (hold all)
Extend Glutes
Extend Hips
Extend Knees
Extend Ankles
Extend Pecs
Raise Shoulders
Contract Abs
Space x 10 (100 frames)
-FRAME 400-
Contract Knees
Space x 2 (20 frames)
-FRAME 380-
Contract glutes
Space x 2 (20 frames)
-FRAME 360-
Extend Knees
Space x 2
-FRAME 340-
P, or keep going...

And that's how you split Uke into 4 pieces with a scissor kick, then kick his body into the sunset!
