I was a Blue belt like a week ago and Now I am for some reason a Green belt? Is there any way to fix it?

And few days ago I had 750 Qi left to unlock for a 1000 Qi item and Now its around 850? So it seems I keep losing Qi instead of gaining it.. Is this supposed to happen or is it a bug?
