It was really hard to get the mapping perfect, and although the gif doesn't show it really, the top of the head's hair is completely undistorted as the poles usually are. Well, the toribash head has a little bug at the top, so it would be there, but there is no prevention of that. But anyway, the blender node setup to create this image from different projected materials and two different node systems (material and texture) and floating empties. Then I edited it in gimp to recolor.
