But I kinda enjoy doing what I do, minus the banning part. Never been huge fan of banning, but it's something I have to do, so..

Gum, it isnt in the Elerk list, but it is still classified under elerk, I could get that page form the link Fish gave the page back

why would you care about easy access a forum that gets 1 thread a year?

whoever set the viewing rights or whatever for it probably had a reason, it doesnt really matter though

Well, to be honest, a lot of the grievances of being a moderator are exaggerated. It's actually fun sometimes. Sure, we have to deal with idiots and people with toddler mindsets, and often have to put up with convolutions and ridiculousness, but those things are rare enough for the rest of the time to be enjoyable or interesting (in my experience, that is). Or something like that. The point is, it can be fun and usually isn't grating or intolerable. As a volunteer job, we can just quit when it gets to that point anyway.


At least, that's the case for me.

Because most of us love stupidity and constant rule-breaking. I myself get the shakes when people stop being idiots because those people are my stress valve.
