no you should rather quit having dumb assumptions such as this one..
i wouldnt have posted my issue in here in the first place if i used any other version..
besides of that..the version doesnt matter since the flags are supposed to be generated automatically based on my ip..

I'm certain that flags show based on your forum country code.
Try logging out and logging back in on the forum, or possibly ask an administrator to assign you a country code.
