Which one is better?

Personnaly , I prefer the first one because you move Uke's arm for decap him self.

well i entered a single player event which consisted in a kung fu spar between me and uke,

i edited the end of a sp spar i made to make it better.
its a me vs me lol you guys already saw it but i wanted to post the edited version because the old didnt have pose

also "perfected" doesnt mean perfect xD

Because there was a lot of kicking / hitting , Try to keep balance between realism and hitting plus some tricks such as butterflies and areal kicks.
