Just outlining that if number 1 becomes the majority NOBODY UNDER BROWN BELT WILL BE KICKED OUT we will just not accept anyone under brown belt anymore.

If option 2 is chosen people under brown belt with have a seperate tag such as [Piratez-J] outlining they are a junior in the clan and not to be expected to have awesome black belt skillz
