weren't they considering count replays posted in the clan board as activity? I remember someone mentioning that singleplayer clans would get freely fucked by the new activity system Vector *cough* *cough*

if I recall correctly, whether the clan posts replays regularly or not, that is, if the a replaymaker clan is active or not, it's monitored manually by CS and maybe they will consider this as activity.
I wouldn't be sure though, I don't even remember who said this
