vox and suo, among other people, have about the same permissions. They mostly work on dev stuff though so you guys have to deal with the people they threw buckets of paint at (aka smods and whatnot)

I have a question idk if this is allowed but do smods get to play tb 4.0 before the regulars or does everyone get it at the same time

Smods are usually GM or local mods before being promoted. eg I was local mod for support a few years ago.
