Sivir's win rate sitting at 56% as I post, right now.
It's 2% more than Janna's (2nd highest win rate). Expecting nerfs? I don't know. Maybe a bit of tweaking to Ricochet or something.

Have the range, use the range. That's basically Caitlyn.
Her mid-game is not very good, though. So, yeah... Take advantage of that.

Talking about hate on champions... I still hate Jinx and so very much.
Yeah, yeah. I know she got some nerfs but her kit still remains ridiculous.
A Jinx + Leona will CC you for the days and you're pretty much dead if you don't have gap closers. Here's the combo, by the way: Leona E, Leona Q, Jinx W, Jinx puts snare, Leona uses her ultimate (if she haves) and puff... You're now dead. Only supports with hard disengage will be able to save you.

jax was terrifying to lane against
im always so used to getting my level 2 and going for kill :x

i heard singed is a real good counter to jax, can anyone help me with that? :x

Since jax has a weaker early game that snowballs to a heavy push/duelist late game, he's in the same category as singed, minus the duelist. It's questionable whether he's a counter though. Both will basically get the farm they want/need to scale to mid game, and singed might have a slightly better mid game, but jax has a much better late game by far. He pushes turrets slightly slower, but he's a better duelist and can take out turrets faster.

Jax really loses to a basic concept: keep him away (not to be mistaken with run away from him) and you win, or be a bruiser with dot. Renekton is a theoretical counter to jax because of early lane bully pressure combined with not getting wrecked at 6. For the most part though, the best counter is to get your jungle to camp the lane and shut him down early. The later he starts split-pushing, the better.
