With his broken E, hecarim is really funny in this game type.

If you move a certain speed, it says it's capped on damage. The joke is, get it passed that point, and quick enough the damage cap on his E brakes, and therefore making him hit like a truck/breaking a tank of 3000 health down to 1000 easy.

Movement speed hecarim is still the best hecarim

I'm going to check if veigar's e truly is an event horizon in this. I really hope so, so they can be captive to my sermons and/or slow sunfire-induced death.

If not, thresh's hook should reach a point at the end of the game where it becomes Mr. Soul's Wild Ride. So I might get to have fun with that.

Thresh's hook is a permagrab even at level 1. They only have the windup time to move, and it isn't that long
