If you've only played one competitive game, you're unranked. You'll be given a rank once you've won 10 competitive games. The more you win the higher your rank etc. etc.

you should play with Esoilder since you're both unranked and maybe find some other people to play with S3, S2 on toribash, or just find people while playing csgo
