Sup Jaystar... Can I have advanced+ (avatar)

I want my tori to be leaning on a wall in an igloo and carrying a ball of ice, that's glowing. (ball of ice glowing.. not igloo)

I want my name to be in like Sharp, icy letters and clan name the same

I will pay 800TC if you put my name at the top and my clan at the bottom ;)

I want a avatar advanced+ 750 tc. I want a girl from Elfen Lied (anime) named Lucy holding a gun straight at you and Under it saying "TonyHawk179" with a red backround maybe even bloody. Thats what I want
