its a close call between time control and teleportation for me, time control has a rather huge number of implications that i don't want to think about or be responsible for, so teleportation has my favour just now since its like a common sense power, as long as you dont port into a wall, youll be pretty much fine with everything. Time control however is a bit more complex.
