i got a 350W psu (i thingk)

i have a core 2 due 2.66
asus 9500 1gb
3gb ddr2 ram
1x 120mm fan
2x 80mm fan

do i need more power?
and if i dont have enoth what will it do?
run slower? run the same? run games better?
