I'm not sure what you mean by will it look the same ingame...

If you make a pov head, it's has nothing to do with ingame, other than it will look similar to have shaders/reflections/shadows/etc all turned on ingame. Other than that, it has no application to the look of it ingame. It's pretty much just to be flashy here on the forums.
