Yeah, for Hector they were never created in mass or able to be requested.

Also the reason no one buys it is mainly the fact it costs 12 million Toricredits.

Nobody buys it because it's being sold for 12 mil and nobody doesn't have that much. Nobody that isn't an admin.

Also this is not a rumor, it's perfectly true - it's a custom joint texture.

But to clear it up, you can't actually load any of your own textures on it, if you activate it, you'll just have hectors face all over your joints.
