Perkele: don't have Windows XP. AdiIRC: Works, it jus thas all the complicatd stuff I don't have. SourceForge: Opens a RAR file that doesn't work. Quassel: I don't even know where and/or what to download.

Could you tell me, step by step, how you tried to connect to the IRC when using IceChat? IceChat works for x32 so that cannot be the problem.
