Same with the Brush.

I'd suggest selecting the tribal parts with a magic wand. then use a gradient to color them. and n a new layer outline object and Gaussian blur by 2. (Or Hand Draw shading. which is better.)

And make the head have a simple-non tribal front. That way you can make eye's by cutout.

i think its pretty cool, and if i had alot of tc and all the textures then id pester you with tc untiil you sold it me!
