Suggestion

If you don't have Photoshop elements 8, just save that picture to what ever u want it to be and then open it with a paint program and use the Colour Picker Tool

You had did really a wonderful job. I think using paint is better option than using a photoshop if you don't have too much knowledge in it. I was just wondering that it must has some difference in quality if we use photoshop or paint. Any ways it was a good work done by you.
