A) Using copyrighted work without proven owner consent (plagiarism) is strictly forbidden, and you must credit all other artists work.
In other words, if you're selling c/p textures or images post a link to the original image.
If you edit an image found externally from Toribash, significantly so, there are cases in which c/p is allowed. If an image which you do not own, or did not create, is simply copied and pasted straight onto a texture, and then sold, that is not allowed.
You may considerably alter the textures which you have c/p'd, and then you may re-sell this texture set.
