Thats pretty good overall but the cropping could have been done with a little more care and the ground textures on the floor are kind of a nuisance. Also the reflections could be done without using the actual reflection from in game.

I think this lacks perspective very much and I can see the pixels.

There is this one dude who looks like he is inside of the floor while the others are ontop of him and he doesnt have a shadow :/
