Whats a driver?

A driver is a small piece of software that tells the operating system and other software how to communicate with a piece of hardware.

I could provide a Dell one with the chipset on it, but I haven't got the money to pay shipping.

None the less most the people that have had this issue have resolved it by updating their driver.

If your only getting a 'U' on the menu then you need to either reinstall or update your graphics driver.
