It looks like random copy pasta of ingame portal textures to me.
The reflections on every part conflicts with the reflection of another part and there's so much going on that I don't know where to look so my mind calls it "spam".

I'm just a bit confused because I see the reflection of a room on the hands and on other parts..

Don't use baked reflections unless they're really subtle, that's what ray-tracing in the game is for.
