Those texture can be made by anyone with gimp
Go gimp, make a new texture, take The item thats next to ink(right), go down where you see a small pic with text next to it, click on the pattern bubble(above the small pic), then it gives you a list where you can take different patterns and one of them is leopard skin
See if you cant find it, just pm me and i will explain it abit more detailed
