I like it a lot, but I do have a small gripe with it... Specifically, the right wrist.
The way you've made it, there's no way to actually poke at the opponent, except from the side.
Might I suggest range 1.4 -1.4 for the right wrist? Maybe with strength 5 or so, that should more or less let it 'uncoil' in a poking motion with an extended right pec and a contracted elbow...
