it wasn't a bad video,
some of your freecam movements were a little bit jerky and it was sometimes a little bit too close
the sync was there but it could do with a little bit of definition on the hits such as the shake i have seen on dome videos.
in a couple of places there were fast forwarded when they weren't needed,you could have created a transition to the next part a little bit better.
that's all i could see but im still a novice.
on a whole its a good video though!
