But later i get new textures. How much would it cost to redo with new textures?

Can you make me one like this?

A Sphere. With only one side that opens (Top side), make the green glow blue, and make the guns; one bigger cannon. Also include some Bolts, to make the ball have a more made look. (I don't like how the surface is perfectly smooth).
Shorten the frames
Rolling on the ground(Just white), Rolling fast in a swirly pattern(Optional, depends on how it looks)
Then make it stop, have the top open*** and have a Bulky cannon come out, and shoot three or four times?
