Re-install it, and copy the link to which it is installing the game (don't actually re-install it) then open the start menu, click Run, and paste the link to go to the official folder, and try running it from there.

Thanks for your efforts, but no, it didn't work. (Actually I didn't re-install, just copied the name and the directories and ran it. [like: DGames\... etc.])

Both 3.06 and 3.1 have the .exe as tb.exe, but that can't be the reason, or?

I got some help from the developers but as of 22.1. no help yet. I have downloaded and replaced the setup.exe again, so if that is an option I can use it.
