I call this the Polish Hammer, do this:

press "c"
contract both pecs
raise shoulders
space 2
lower shoulders
contract abs
grabby hands (optional, you will decap anyway, grabby hands or not)
press "p"

you can modify this move in the way you want
PS: Everything most be done EXACTLY this order to decap and OMG, look at my moves list in the forums, please
