The arms are a tad stubby, and could use some muscles. You should try to make it into a texture set.

Nice one mate. Did you drew it? Or did you drew it on Photoshop?

The monster looks somehow skinny ;-; . You could add some spikes on his back, to make it more monstrous, anyways, good job.

I drew it using a tablet in photoshop.

honestly: i would scrap the hair and give it more a leather like material, almost like a dinosaur, and add more point to the eyes, that would probably make it look more mean, and i say lose the blood, it would look cooler in my opinion.

I have to say, i preferred the preliminary sketches, where it was almost robot looking. Technically, it's awesome, and I could never do something like this, it's just that I don't really like the actual "monster".

Looks nice. But you would have made it better. First, never use black for shading. The concept is pretty good, but it's way too simple. The shading looks a little strange too. Where is the light coming from? Try to think where it's coming from to get more 3d-effect.
