Generally, if it's important enough that we'd give out the IPs, it's important enough that we'd handle it ourselves.

I'd like to add that the term "background check" has no predefined definition. I might apply that to checking the person's forum history, references, scam reports, posts, etc.

No. They don't manage anything.

Why give them half op?

Their here to help guide new people tword the forums so they don't end up quiting 5 seconds later.

They have half op because it was/is necessary.

Just to go in beginner or other low belt servers. We have no other use for it.

People usually say that because we do not have any powers on the forums. Though in fact, we are considered staff, since we do have an official job in the community.

Moreover, if we weren't consider staff, we wouldn't have been listed here.
