The way it works is you join the IRC chat, say that you have a problem and then tell what your problem is. Someone there will either help you or direct you to someone who can help you.

This is what to do.

Uninstall your current toribash.
Restart computer.
Install newest version.
Install newest beta.
Login, make sure all fields are correct.
Join a server, Make sure your internet is connected.

If you cannot connect, it is not a problem with you logging in, it is a problem with your firewall.

It seems more like your computer is at fault rather than toribash. If you post screenshots, good, otherwise, just click the Help button right next to the wiki button.

Open up the stderr file in your toribash directory and tell us what it says.

there is no fire wall and i already asked suport......
