I know, I always use CCleaner and I scan my pc whit Avast! , And I tryied cleaning startup list, but dont works.

Generaly does not cost you more..

Maybe simplicity will win this time, I will adjust some of the router settings.

Im closer to solve the problem. I tested closing all, cleaning startup, used task manager a lot of times, etc... Programs are no causing the problem.

man when i tested the "ping www.google.com","ping www.bing.com"and "ping www.yahoo.com", command ,it says this :-
