Hmm, I suggest that you get in touch with Suomynona, or skulfuk, since that item seems to be broken.
Provide them screenshotts, and they will probably change the item to a working one.

Actually, I have the same problem, just realized when I tried to help you.
In my case, a whole bunch of bumpmaps are missing, like a half of my bumpmaps.
Fix is on the way

Oh yeah, one update, Gman80 sent me a flame particle texture, so when I looked at my deactivated list, I can see it, but the other one I don't. So when I checked my inv, I saw 2, Is it possible to send it back to him, or did he just do it to help me fix my problem?
