Personally I think that if you ask yourself this kind of question, the answer should be no. Either you are into this set or you are not. If you are not, better find another approach or let the set rest until you find more inspiration.

You should just start over, make a new set, and maybe it'll make you more fun.
Try abstract shemes and colors (Not the 0815, Red Black Yellow Black).
